Items marked ‘final sale’
Makeup/skincare products

Cancellations once an order has been sent to the lab are subject to a 20% non-refundable restocking fee.

CONTACT LENSES

Contact lenses (even if boxes have been opened) can be exchanged for credit up to 12 months from date of purchase for reasons such as:
Prescription change
Contact Lens related issues (ripping, tearing)
